CEO approves first. Then show up at the venue

VP/Directors on the ServiceNow Knowledge list only. CEO writes, CEO approves, CEO sends. Same-day AE follow-up. On-site iMessage: I am here. 15 minutes?

The loop

  1. 01Pull the attendee list. VP/Director onlyServiceNow Knowledge speakers and attendees. If they are not VP or Director, they are not on this list.
  2. 02CEO writes. CEO approves. CEO sendsPersonalized LinkedIn note plus email. Nothing leaves until the CEO reviews it. The send is from the CEO account.
  3. 03Same-day AE follow-upThe AE hits LinkedIn the same day. Reference the CEO note and that you will be at the venue.
  4. 04On-site iMessage plus LinkedIn"CEO reached out. I am here. 15 minutes?" The context is presence, not another cold email.
  5. 05Do not spray after the cold failIf email, call, and LinkedIn already died, more volume will not fix it. Change the context. Show up.
linkedin.com ↗The send waits on the CEO. The close waits on the floor.ServiceNow Knowledge attendee/speaker list (VP/Director only). Tier 1: personalized LinkedIn note + email, CEO reviews/approves, send from CEO account. Tier 2: same-day AE LinkedIn follow-up referencing CEO outreach + venue presence. Tier 3: on-site iMessage + LinkedIn ("CEO reached out. I am here. 15 minutes?"). No send until CEO approves. Do not spray volume after cold email/call/LI fail — change context with event presence.

Most conference plays are a booth and a badge scan. Ankit’s version is a three-tier stack that starts in the CEO inbox and ends on the floor.

The interesting constraint is the approval, not the iMessage. No send until the CEO signs it. Volume after a cold fail is the thing this loop refuses.
