Live intent first. No send until research finishes
A bi-weekly keyword search is the list. Scrape the URLs. Apollo enriches. Perplexity researches. Two agents write a 4-step. Then, and only then, it hits Apollo.
The loop
- 01Trigger off a live keyword, not a dumpBi-weekly. Google an intent keyword — luxury events in a city, a Crunchbase or TechCrunch hit. That search is the TAM this week.
- 02Scrape the URLs for contacts and contextThe page is the account. Pull contacts plus the event or news that made the row.
- 03Apollo enrich, then dedupeApollo plus LinkedIn fill the row. Dedupe before anyone writes. Duplicates do not get a sequence.
- 04Perplexity researches. Two agents write the 4-stepPerplexity reads the company and LinkedIn. Two AI agents write the sequence. Nothing sends yet.
- 05CSV out, Slack ping, then ApolloExport. Ping Slack. Import to Apollo and start the sequence. No send until dedupe and research are done.
Most Apollo sequences start from a saved search. Richmond’s version starts from this week’s keyword. The list expires when the intent does.
The interesting constraint is the hold, not the agents. Dedupe and research finish before import. The 4-step is the last thing, not the first.
