I build the systems, programs, and infrastructure that compress time-to-productivity, increase field effectiveness, and protect the commercial return on every Since FY23, I've run ~7 Bootcamps per fiscal year — including Zscaler's first in-person Bootcamp post-COVID — across in-person, regional, and virtual formats worldwide, enabling 876+ new hires and cutting ramp time ~17% (12→10 weeks). Every week saved in ramp is a week of earlier pipeline contribution. I track it that way I own high-visibility, executive-sponsored programs that move the business: Tech Summit (NPS 90, ~95% attendance, +11% YoY, 133 partners), the CEO-sponsored Jay's Masterclass (7,000 learners, 90% completion), and ZDTA — Zscaler's technical associate certification (2,550 targeted, 50% completion in under two quarters). These aren't training events — they're alignment and readiness mechanisms for the entire revenue I also architect the infrastructure that enablement runs on: sunset 5 legacy demo environments, launched SDC (Zscaler's unified demo platform) company-wide across sales cycles, training, and partner enablement — 6K requests and 13K+ logins in a single half. Doubled ILT lab capacity by delivering 500+ new tenants.
