Prior to this, I led Business Development at Lifesum, a nutrition-tracking app designed to simplify healthy eating for everyone. I was also previously on Amazon Alexa's Health and Wellness team where I launched wellness-related experiences for Alexa users globally. -- Board Chair and Advocate -- In my spare time, I serve as Board Chair for Girls on the Run of Los Angeles, an organization dedicated to inspiring girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident through a fun, experience-based curriculum that creatively integrates running. I also have a long-standing commitment to The Art of Yoga Project, providing gender-responsive, trauma-informed, and culturally-responsive yoga and creative arts curriculum to girls in the juvenile justice system. Additionally, I am dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic abuse and have served as Education and Partnerships Manager for Break the Silence Against Domestic Violence, and I recently obtained my Domestic Violence Counselor Certification. -- Wellness Enthusiast and Educator -- I passionately share my love for wellness through workshops for corporate clients and national conferences. As a certified Integrative Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC, I am currently welcoming new clients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. -- Personal Interests -- I find joy in meaningful conversations, long days spent in nature, cooking delicious and healthy meals for friends and family, hot cups of coffee, and training for triathlons.
