Tumelo Motaung
GTM Engineer + AI Workflows | Building repeatable ops & revenue systems
I spent a decade managing IT & cloud infrastructure for enterprise companies like Amazon, ABSA and AdaptIT; optimising systems that require 9% uptime.
More
Today I apply the same engineering disciplines to designing repeatable GTM and demand-gen systems that help founders scale revenue without the chaos. What I Do ---------- * GTM Engineering – map buyer touchpoints, codify SOPs, and design scalable processes * Sales & Marketing Automation – streamline lead → deal → onboarding workflows * Demand Generation – full-funnel digital campaigns (SEO, LinkedIn Ads, ABM email) that turn traffic into pipeline * Data-Driven Decision-Making – GA, HubSpot, ZoomInfo & custom dashboards so leaders see CAC, LTV and velocity in real time
