I sit at the intersection of AI, cloud, and large‑scale change, where I turn complex technology, regulation, and stakeholder agendas into clear roadmaps for governments, financial institutions, and insurers. Senior executives who work with me are usually under pressure to innovate fast, keep regulators close, and still hit their numbers, and they want a strategic partner who has sat at the table with global institutions, startups, and Big Tech. I am known for quickly absorbing messy context, spotting patterns others miss, and framing problems in a way that brings C‑suite, policy, product, and engineering leaders into alignment.
