Over the course of his career, Srini has led 12+ end-to-end large-scale SAP transformations, playing virtually every role in the delivery lifecycle: Chief Architect, Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, Business Process Consultant, Integration Manager, Delivery Executive, and People Manager. He brings deep sector experience across some of the most complex industrial environments in the world, including industrial manufacturing, oil & gas, metals & mining, chemicals, automotive, life sciences, and CPG. Srini is particularly passionate about the intersection of AI and business process. He is a trusted advisor on AI readiness, capability mapping, and value-based transformation, helping organizations move from experimentation to production-ready AI grounded in SAP best practices. He is a strong champion of Agentic AI adoption and works closely with customers on outcome-driven approaches that are practical, scalable, and built for the real world. Beyond delivery, Srini contributes to the broader SAP ecosystem as a speaker at SAP Sapphire, SAP Insider, and ASUG events, and as a published author.
