In my 20+ years in high-growth tech, I have moved fluidly between Technical Program Management in product/engineering orgs and cross-functional leadership in GTM, driving enterprise-scale readiness for disruptive technologies and offers, platform/infrastructure roadmaps including GenAI model deployments, and large-scale digital At ServiceNow, I first spent 3 years in Engineering building and leading the TPM team that delivered our AI models, toolkit, and infrastructure roadmap—partnering tightly with PMs, engineers, data scientists, linguists, data governance, and QA to ship production-grade AI capabilities at speed.
