My career journey began at six when an experience sparked a lifelong passion for understanding how things work. At the Smithsonian that day, I became a scientist, driven to ask "Why," dissect systems, and understand the world.

My career evolved from dinosaurs to DNA, then to D&A, eventually leading me to Google Cloud. Through multiple career pivots, I realized technology enablement alone wasn't enough to scratch my itch for personal impact. I'm a strategic problem-solver; my purpose is to drive change and transformation. In my current role, I guide technology experts in designing and building strategic cloud solutions within the Google Cloud ecosystem. I work closely with Google to build a partnership that transforms our mutual customers' businesses. With clients, my focus is on turning complex business problems into lasting solutions. I have a stubborn resistance to sacrificing quality or future potential for speed or cost. My goal is to find the "Goldilocks solution": one that solves a problem now and enables new innovation later. My professional philosophy is rooted in conscious leadership. I use lessons from science , genetics, neuroscience, ) and parallels I observe in business and technology to drive strategic direction and intentional connection. I've often seen organizations miss opportunities for genuine impact by focusing solely on technical solutions, forgetting the human element. That's why I'm dedicated to empowering leaders and teams to truly shine. Think of me as someone who helps you: -> See your ultimate future: Defining your clear "North Star" for cloud, data, and AI transformations. -> Build a real-world strategy: Creating practical, structured ways to bridge your big vision and execution. -> Create deeper connections: Guiding interactions so integrity, clarity, and impactful results naturally happen. I'm an empathetic leader, unafraid of candid conversations. I strive to be a coach-like problem-solver, empowering people more often than rescuing them. Beyond my day-to-day, I actively contemplate co-active leadership, deepening insights through parallels across disparate domains and belief systems. I am an architect for change. My mission is simple (though never easy): I want the people and organizations I support to not just transform, but to genuinely be better and more capable long after our work together. If this resonates with how you approach building a better future, let's connect.
