Over 20+ years, I have operated inside global enterprises and led transformation at scale: as an operator at Deutsche Bank, GE, and Philips; leading cloud transformations at PwC; driving digital and analytics transformation at McKinsey as Expert Associate Partner; and most recently leading AI transformation at AWS across Gen AI and Agentic AI, including the Gen AI Accelerator and Agentic Enterprise I’m focused on the next phase of AI and data value creation through execution: Building AI systems with controls embedded from day one, operating models designed for human–agent collaboration, and delivery rigor that turns pilots into production systems enterprises can trust.
