I create the conditions needed for organizations to grow at scale. My career spans the social sector to big tech; my experiences connected by a simple belief: technology amplifies people; people change the world.

At LinkedIn and Salesforce, I've built the strategies and operating cadences for $B+ global businesses across seat-based and consumption business models. I owned strategic planning and forecasting, launched GTM motions and partnerships from whitespace to execution, and led globally dispersed teams through times of ambiguity, accelerated growth, and AI / automation (oof that's a lot of Before that, I was a management consultant navigating resource constraints in billion-dollar budgets, and engaging with state officials and school boards in some of the most politically complex environments imaginable. As a Teach For America teacher, in my first year, I brought a class of recent refugees from kindergarten-level reading and math up to 3rd/4th/5th-grade-level in a single year. That's how I started my career and the bar I hold myself to every day. I'm drawn to organizations where operational rigor and mission coexist. The work is hard, the stakes are real, and we come together to build something that matters. I've managed classrooms, consultants, global and now agents. Those nine-year-olds, to this day, were my toughest crowd! Always happy to connect with anyone who thinks their best work is still ahead.
