More
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and consistently surpass performance targets through strategic planning and effective deal structuring. As a certified Counsellor Salesperson (CSP), I have a strong track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing client relationships. I started my career as a market research analyst at Frost and Sullivan. In 5 years, I progressed from an analyst to leading a global program for industry research and consulting. Wanting to explore sustainability and have a positive impact with my work, I first joined Enzotech Solutions and then Ecolab where I worked with large enterprises to help them save water and energy in their manufacturing operations. At Freshworks, I started as an account manager for enterprise accounts in South Africa, handling a $4M account portfolio. Identified as a valuable contributor, I was put on an accelerated career path to lead the enterprise Africa business worth $15M. Bringing structure, organization and strategic planning to account management, I led the growth of the enterprise book of business by over 5M in the first two quarters of taking on the role. Most recently, I led Key Accounts for Leadsquared, responsible to retain, renew and expand business worth ~25% of Leadsquared ARR.
