I've inherited broken systems and rebuilt them from scratch. Scaled per-rep productivity 4x. Built outbound infrastructure, automated lead routing & enrichment workflows, and designed scoring models that actually get used.Before that, I spent 10+ years in sales and sales development. I've carried a quota, cold called, gotten ghosted, and lived the pain of tools that create more work than they save. That's not backstory.
