At TRACTIAN I work across the US, Mexico, and Brazil designing GTM frameworks, identifying where the revenue model breaks down, and closing those gaps before they become leadership problems. Before that, at Hertz and Ambev, I led commercial transformations that recovered R$7M in lost revenue, scaled sales forces from 150 to 500 reps, and rebuilt BI infrastructure that became the decision-making layer for entire organizations. What I've learned across all of it: most GTM problems aren't strategy problems or execution problems they're translation problems. The strategy exists. The capability exists. What's missing is someone who can move fluently between both and make them connect. That's the role I play.
