The craft is human: curiosity, empathy, and the discipline to really listen to candidates and hiring teams alike. I started my career at Apple and have since built and run recruiting at Unity, Amplitude, Tubi, Hello Heart, and most recently my own company, spanning high-growth startups, category-defining public companies, and deep-tech hardware. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: architecting the TA function, partnering with executive teams on the hires that shape the company, and turning recruiting into a repeatable engine rather than a fire drill. I've led executive search across the C-suite, VP, and Director levels, and scaled teams across go-to-market, engineering, product, design, legal, and G&A. I currently run LA Consulting Group, providing fractional talent acquisition leadership to high-growth companies. I was most recently embedded with Lucid Motors during a scale phase from ~8,000 to 10,000 employees. And am currently working with me. I'm exploring senior talent leadership roles — VP / Head of Talent at growth-stage and scaled companies, and Director-level roles at startups where the scope and impact match the title.
