My functional expertise includes Business strategy consulting, Enterprise Architecture, Application portfolio optimization, IT Strategy , Cloud Advisory , Information Technology Infrastructure Services (ITIS), Process Re-engineering and Change Management , APO , IT cost Optimization . In past I have engaged with Non-Profit Organization, Telecom customers (UK), IT industry, FMCG, Oil & gas , Manufacturing , Chemicals industry in client facing roles. I have experience in engaging with C suite & director level for getting stakeholder buy in. Apart from the client facing roles , I am also responsible for curating & implementing internal GTM strategy for Cloud First initiative at an organizational level, which involved direct engagement with Accenture Leadership on a daily I am also playing a pivotal role in creation of GTM strategy for Metaverse , have defined services , use cases and also shaped client response for solutioning of New Joiner Onboarding use case. I have a MBA degree from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai and a bachelor’s degree in from Manipal institute of technology (E&C). Currently I am pursuing INSEAD strategy & finance management Prior to Accenture, I have worked as Solution Integrator for Ericsson India and Capgemini Consulting where I have handled the Change Management, Process Design and Infrastructure transition for critical I am Agile SAFE certified practitioner , also have a ITIL certification and familiar with TOGAF framework, currently working on getting TOGAF certification.
