Enterprise technology has entered a new era. AI is reshaping how companies serve customers, scale and transform. Velocity of change keeps accelerating. Clear strategy, disciplined execution and effective governance matter more than ever. I've been driven by one question: How can organizations translate strategy into sustained business outcomes? That question has shaped every stage of my career. I began with strategy consulting at Tata Strategic and KPMG, working with CXOs on growth strategy, market entry and operating model design. At Dell Technologies, I've partnered with Presidents, SVPs and global leadership teams to lead large-scale commercial transformations across businesses exceeding $50B in annual revenue, supporting 20,000+ sales professionals across APJC, AMER and EMEA. I enjoy realizing strategy through seamless execution. Designing better operating models. Simplifying complex processes. Building governance that enables faster decisions. Developing talent. And increasingly, helping organizations embed AI to create meaningful business value. The next decade presents extraordinary opportunities for enterprise technology.
