With over 24 years of progressive experience in leading global engineering teams, I have extensive expertise in enterprise web application architecture, design, and delivery, as well as CPQ , contract and customer success/support management systems. I am passionate about building diverse and high-performance teams from the ground-up and executing roadmaps end-to-end by closely collaborating with engineering, product, business, and architecture teams. I have successfully built and managed teams in India and the US, and led several transformation initiatives using Service Cloud (Salesforce), GCP and Generative AI.
