I'm fairly opinionated about data strategy and often share thoughts and lessons learned on LinkedIn. Before Databricks, I spent several years at Salesforce, managing relationships with Financial Services companies in Brazil and later FinTechs in the UK. Earlier on, I built the first sales team and go-to-market from scratch at Stone, a Brazilian payments scale-up. I speak four languages and have spent my career working across different markets and cultures. Outside of work, I love travelling and discovering new places, keeping active through pilates gym workouts & different sports, and seeking out great food, good wine, and excellent matcha. Curiosity tends to drive most of my choices, whether that's in how I work, what I build, or where I go next. I'm particularly interested in responsible and ethical AI, and in helping companies use technology to innovate & build a better world.
