At HashiCorp/IBM, I own the AWS Alliance relationship end to end, overseeing the AWS APN Portal program including funding, co-sell pipeline and Marketplace operations, and leading quarterly business reviews with AWS leadership. When our Marketplace business dropped sharply following a major transfer of business, I was part of the team that identified solutions and helped drive a turnaround that delivered 10% year over year TCV growth in the first half of 2026. I bring over 20 years in high tech, including 10+ years in sales management at AWS, Oracle and Sun Microsystems, with a track record of hiring and developing top sales talent and building trusted relationships at the CxO level. I've operated across the Americas, Europe and APAC, and I'm fluent in English and Spanish, with working Portuguese. Outside of work, I'm an endurance open water swimmer. I've completed a solo swim across the English Channel, a swim across Lake Tahoe, and numerous 10K swim races, achievements that taught me the patience and discipline I bring to every long sales cycle and partnership I build.
