With a background in engineering and MEDDPICC-based enterprise sales, I bring a structured, outcome-driven approach to complex customer engagements - aligning technical stakeholders, commercial teams, and product engineering to drive clarity, momentum, and adoption. In my current role, I operate as the regional technical owner across EMEA, owning PoVs end-to-end, building repeatable GTM processes, and embedding automation and agentic workflows into day-to-day execution to increase velocity and consistency across deals. Alongside delivery, I care deeply about raising the bar for the team - mentoring peers, sharing practical learnings, and helping establish operating models that allow others to perform at their best. For me, leadership means creating systems, standards, and environments where people can execute with confidence and purpose.
