He has led market entry and expansion for multinational technology companies across the Middle East. Elie brings 20+ years in telecom and tech, acting as a techno-commercial strategist helping operators and enterprises move from digital-transformation concepts to delivered outcomes. He is a trusted industry advisor to the C-suite, driving business value, innovation, and AI-led transformation, with a strong grasp of industry value chains and financial models. He started his career in managed services with AT&T, later leading Enterprise Networking and significantly growing regional connectivity revenues in the Middle East. He then served as Regional Director of Business Development at Level 3 (now Lumen), playing a key role in building the first multi-service PoP in the Middle East and scaling IP and CDN sales. Prior to Akamai, Elie was at Equinix, where he quadrupled the networks ecosystem and landed the region’s largest cloud player at the time. He earned President’s Club honors and ranked among the top EMEA sales executives. Elie holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer & Communication Engineering (NDU) and an Executive MBA (ESCP / ESA).
