I was part of System and Automation Team for a Video Analysis department, and had full end to end responsibility for the entire department's Datacenter (VMware ~1200 servers). I established, maintained and deployed lab environments for R&D and QA (via automation procedures). Worked closely with R&D teams, QA, Engineering and Architects of the product. In this period, I implemented a monitoring solution for the virtual environment based on vROPS. Planned and integrated a vCloud solution based on vRA and automation procedures (vRO). Furthermore, I initiated investigations of performance bottlenecks while applying the most efficient solutions for the environment.

Project Manager and IT Consultant in a professional services team. Our responsibility was to provide a complete package services in security, networking, infrastructure and information technologies. Planned, designed and integrated full IT projects from ground up of multi-vendor, high-end infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on high performance, scalability and high availability. All of this, while working closely to meet our clients need (locally and abroad). Moreover, I wrote HLD and LLD documents for enterprise clients (Elbit, IDF, IAF and other various companies) in order to provide the best solution and integration of technologies for the infrastructure in each case.
