More

They’re system problems. Strategy breaks at the seams between functions. Forecasts fail when the architecture beneath them is fragmented. Technology—including AI—amplifies whatever system it enters, well designed or not. My expertise is seeing the commercial system as a whole: how strategy, organization, process, data, technology, partners, and governance must work together to produce customer and business outcomes. I translate strategic intent into executable GTM choices. I design operating models connecting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and partner ecosystems. I build forecasting and performance systems that turn data into decisions. And I create governance rhythms that establish accountability and help complex organizations learn and adapt. I developed that expertise over more than 20 years at Microsoft, Lumen, and Pearson across 133 global markets. My work has supported commercial growth from $60B to $119B, forecast accuracy improvement from 82% to 96%, and partner architectures spanning more than 100,000 organizations. Today at Pearson, I apply it to enterprise operations and partner-led growth—including how AI can improve customer outcomes and strengthen the commercial operating system, not simply automate more activity. I founded NeuralRAM LLC to work on a different but related operating system: the one within people. 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 = 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 × 𝐀𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲. Through books, practical frameworks, leadership development, mindfulness, and human-development programs, NeuralRAM explores how people become more available for what matters—and direct their finite attention, capability, and presence with greater intention. That work spans performance, presence, and the stewardship of an unrepeatable life. It includes More Than Speed, the forthcoming The Available Mind, and the work Tameron Jewell and I are building through NeuralRAM and Seed & Sage. Forty years in motorsport shaped how I think about decision quality under pressure. Before my corporate career, I served as a S. Navy Supply Corps Officer, retiring as a Lieutenant Commander after a combat deployment supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.
