I currently serve as CEO of Stripe Technology Europe (regulated EEA entity) and Global Head of Enterprise Business Development at Stripe, where I lead Industry, Value Consulting, Strategic Pursuits and RFP teams driving enterprise growth across Financial Services, Retail, Travel, Media and emerging areas such as Agentic Commerce and Stablecoins. I am accountable for regulated operations under the Central Bank of Ireland (PCF-1 / PCF-8) and serve as Executive Board Director across Stripe’s European regulated entities. My focus is scaling enterprise go-to-market capability - building high-performance organisations, embedding value-based selling, shaping industry solutions and delivering sustained double-digit growth. The industries portfolio under my leadership has delivered ~30% YoY growth through disciplined GTM execution, operating model redesign and strategic enterprise partnerships. Previously Partner at McKinsey & Company, advising global retail, consumer and financial services organisations on growth strategy, corporate finance, transformation, recovery and digital acceleration. Chartered Engineer, MBA (Full Scholarship), with early career foundation in engineering, capital delivery and financial management.
