I’m driven by a deep belief in adaptability—helping people and businesses navigate change with the right skills, mindset, and systems. Whether it’s a career pivot or a new go-to-market strategy, my work has always centered on helping others move forward with clarity and momentum. I started my career at Gallup, where I learned what actually makes people fulfilled at work through their organizational psychology practice. That experience shaped my approach to everything I’ve done since. As Co-Founder of Mission Collaborative, I helped over 10,000 career changers—from Ivy League grads and pro athletes to executives and parents returning to work—figure out what’s next and how to get there. After our acquisition by Workweek, I continued leading the team and scaled our education and product strategy. I also co-founded Reading Rhythms, a community built around reading in public with others. It started as an experiment and grew into something bigger than we imagined—featured in the Today Show, New York Times, and Rolling Stone. We’re trying to cure loneliness through literacy, one gathering at a time. Today, I work as a Go-to-Market Engineer at Clay, partnering with everyone from top-tier brands to early-stage startups to build smarter, faster GTM systems. It’s a role that blends strategy, creativity, and execution—and it’s exactly where I want to be. The world of work is changing fast.
