Originally from Genoa, I studied in Milan and Lisbon before settling in Barcelona, where I’m currently based.Here, I built the GTM Engineering function from scratch at Factorial and Perk (both unicorns, respectively 100M and 350M in annual revenue).The current AI and automation landscape is forcing a reshaping of the relationship between humans and machines, especially in the B2B environment. And that's exactly where I thrive.How can we make an employee, or an entire commercial organization, more successful by blending technology with human potential?Where should we be more tech-heavy, and where more human-heavy?It significantly differs from the agency-based GTM engineering, mostly focused on lead scraping and copy writing. We are more like business partners to the revenue leadership, for both planning and technical execution. It can be rewarding on every level: people love when you help them be more productive, companies grow faster when teams are empowered, and I get to stay close to technology and its real-world use cases across the entire go-to-market motion.
