Most software will be worthless in 5 years. The companies that survive own something AI can't replicate: proprietary data infrastructure. I'm the founder of M Studio (MEDIARS), a Los Angeles-based venture studio that helps businesses build defensible positioning against AI commoditization — through proprietary data assets, operational ontologies, and GTM infrastructure that compounds over time. What makes this different: I build the systems myself. Custom CRM, lead scoring engines, multivariate ad testing — all built with Claude Code, replacing Zapier, Make, and Zoho CRM entirely. When I tell founders to build infrastructure instead of buying tools, I've already done it. The results compound. As a GTM consultant, I've driven 200% MoM revenue growth, doubled pricing and MRR, built enterprise pipelines from scratch with CIO-level demos, and cut infrastructure costs in half — across B2B SaaS, consumer apps, and regulated enterprise sales. Our thesis is simple: strategy without infrastructure is a pitch deck. Infrastructure without proprietary data is a commodity. We help founders and enterprises build the layer that actually holds. Before this became a thesis, it was a career. As Principal Investigator at UCLA REMAP for a decade, I built systems across entertainment, sports, cultural heritage, and public art — projects with Google, Disney, Universal Studios, Siemens, and the Italian Government, featured in Forbes, Financial Times, Wired, and The Guardian. From the Colosseum in Rome to a permanent climate sculpture in Pasadena for Marriott, each project sat at an intersection most people don't see. That pattern-recognition now drives three interconnected lines: • M Studio — Venture studio taking operational equity in data-defensible companies. We don't advise.
