I build AI-native revenue operating systems. These are the rails that unify RevOps, Growth, Sales, Product, and Data into one engine, now rebuilt for a GTM motion where agents and LLM-powered workflows are first-class citizens. Over 10+ years, I've helped scale HoneyBook, Hustle, Vouch, and Puzzle from zero to $100M+ ARR by sitting at the intersection of growth, operations, data, and technology. I've built lead-to-cash infrastructure for PLG, sales-assist, partner-led, and enterprise motions across 100+ client-facing reps. I've owned P&Ls up to $6M and led teams up to 35 against a single revenue forecast, so I've sat on both sides: the revenue leader buying RevOps and the operator delivering it. I'm AI-fluent and actively building the next layer: agent systems, data products, context layers, and tools that help companies move faster and grow more efficiently.
