I've had a front-row seat to each shift, and the pattern never changes: the technology gets the headlines, but the real outcomes come from the unglamorous fundamentals most people skip. That's the lens I bring to Data & AI. I help enterprises cut through the noise and turn their data into AI outcomes that actually move the business - not pilots that stall, not platforms that dazzle in a demo and disappoint in production. My path runs from hands-on data architecture, through enterprise cloud, to founding and leading solution engineering teams. As an early founding SE for Snowflake, I helped build entire regions from the ground up with small teams, a handful of customers, no playbook and grew them more than 12x. That growth was never about the product alone. It came from earning C-suite trust, building champions across the organisation, aligning sales, marketing and partners around the customer, and building teams that showed up as one. What I care about now: 1. Helping enterprises adopt AI in ways that survive contact with reality2. Building the data foundations and context layers3.
