At Microsoft, I lead building Copilot agents, AI products, and Agentic AI ecosystems for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams. I own product strategy for multi-agent systems, driving customer engagements and GTM execution with strategic partners. My work spans AI Evals, LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, AI Tool use, MCP, A2A protocols, and Responsible AI practices. Currently focused on shipping autonomous AI agents that reason, plan, and execute complex AI workflows end-to-end. I bring a strong mix of technical depth and business strategy. I am fluent in building AI agents, Agentic AI Ecosystems, AI architectures, multi-agent orchestration, and agentic tool use with deep expertise in roadmap prioritization, stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership and executive communication. Previously, at Cisco, I led product strategy and GTM for the GenAI platform and AI Agent Builder platform for Webex Collaboration and Webex Contact Center. Delivered intelligent AI agent workflows, real-time insights, and proactive automation across voice and digital channels serving 5K+ enterprise customers, processing 1B+ monthly interactions, and generating $40M+ ARR. Earlier, at Deloitte, I led the Emerging Technologies portfolio for AI and Machine Learning, driving AI transformation across healthcare, financial services, and ecommerce. Delivered products used by 30M+ monthly users and drove $80M+ in revenue. I also serve on AI advisory boards at Northwestern University and University of Toronto.
