I'm a Junior GTM Engineer at North Star Signals, where I work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and technology to help revenue teams operate smarter and faster. Over the past year, I've been hands-on building and managing the systems that make go-to-market motion actually work — from setting up and integrating CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot, to automating workflows with Zapier/Make, to building out the data and analytics pipelines that give teams real visibility into what's working. What I enjoy most is taking messy, manual processes and turning them into clean, automated systems that sales and marketing teams can actually rely on. There's something satisfying about watching a workflow you built save a team hours every week. I'm early in my GTM engineering career but I've moved fast — and I'm genuinely excited about where this field is heading. I'm open to opportunities at startups and enterprise companies alike, especially in remote-first environments where the work speaks for itself.
