My background combines structured problem solving with hands-on delivery across enterprise transformation, analytics, ERP/SAP, cloud and cross-functional programmes across the Middle East, Europe and Asia. More recently, through post-MBA consulting work in the UK, I have worked on enterprise AI strategy, market entry, pricing and subscription-led growth. This includes shaping beachhead strategy and pilot design for an enterprise AI venture, defining UK category entry and pricing levers for com, and developing subscription growth recommendations for Amazon UK. Earlier in my career, I led and advised on complex transformation work across tax analytics, fintech, ERP/data carve-outs, digital reporting and enterprise data platforms, partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business goals into roadmaps, governance models and measurable outcomes. My core areas of interest include strategy and management consulting, digital transformation, technology strategy, enterprise AI, and transformation roles where strategy needs to be carried through into execution. I am particularly interested in opportunities in the UK, wider Europe, and the Middle East.
