The pattern is consistent wherever I work. Find where the commercial model has structural gaps, build the systems that close them, and leave the organisation with capabilities that outlast the engagement. That spans demand generation architecture, pricing and monetisation, RevOps and MarTech, sales enablement, and the organisational design that makes it all hold together. I operate at the point where strategy meets execution. AI amplifies the work, but the commercial judgment that makes transformation stick stays human led. I've delivered across SaaS, marketplaces, GovTech, healthcare, and CPG adjacent contexts because the principles of building growth systems transfer, even when the business model does not. Today I lead Growth and GTM at Hansen Technologies, the global software provider to the energy, utilities, and telecommunications sectors, building the commercial and marketing engine for its next phase of growth. Most recently I led growth marketing transformation at Civica, a Blackstone backed GovTech SaaS business and a Marketing and Sales Enablement transformation for a global Financial Services business.
