I’ve led functions across Customer Experience, People, Talent, Ops, and Delivery—often stepping into fast-moving environments where systems haven’t been built yet, but execution can’t wait. I started my career in recruitment and professional services, including roles at Capgemini and Deloitte, before moving into tech and CX at LinkedIn. I joined AirTree Ventures to work closely with early-stage founders on people and talent challenges, which led to joining the founding team at A Cloud Guru—supporting them through hypergrowth and a 5B acquisition as Chief of Staff. I went on to lead Operations and CX at EQL, and most recently joined Cuttable, where I built the company’s customer experience function, led a multidisciplinary design team, and developed internal systems to reduce feedback loops, improve delivery consistency, and help codify culture as the company scaled.
