More

Current: Account Executive at ISPN, where I partner with broadband providers across rural America to reduce operational complexity, improve customer experience, and accelerate fiber deployment. Background: 10+ years in B2B sales and sales leadership, including building and scaling SDR/BDR teams at io, Oracle, Twilio, and Edify. I've taken underperforming teams to 97% quota attainment and nearly doubled qualified pipeline through systematic process improvement. I helped pioneer the SILK Framework (Scale, Illuminate, Label, Killer Question) for cold calling and won Gold in Apollo's Promptathon! I also previously co-hosted "The Other Side of Sales" podcast and coached SDRs through Sales for the Culture. What I'm focused on now: Helping rural broadband providers navigate the BEAD funding opportunity Solving operational challenges in fiber deployment and customer support Building efficient go-to-market strategies for underserved markets My approach: Ask better questions. Understand the business problem. Deliver solutions that actually move the needle. Economics degree from University of Kansas. Based in Overland Park, KS. Chiefs fan. Woodworker. Always learning! Let's connect if you're working in rural broadband or building in the telecom space!
