He established the Cloud & IT operating model, developed the Offering Value Lifecycle Framework (OVLF), introduced Lean Business Case governance, and aligned Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Technical Sales, Finance, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations into a unified enterprise governance framework supporting more than 22 global business units. These initiatives strengthened executive decision-making, investment governance, and portfolio management while creating a repeatable foundation for innovation and business growth.
