Product-market fit & go-to-market strategy for technically complex companies | Fractional Chief Strategy & Growth Officer | Engineer | Host, Why Growth Stops
Product-market fit doesn't fail because teams aren't smart or It fails because focus, go-to-market, and narrative decisions aren't strong enough to survive
More
I work with founders and decision-owning leadership teams at tech companies after initial traction, when growth feels manual instead of compounding, go-to-market feels scattered, investors keep saying 'interesting' instead of 'yes,' and too many paths are open but none are fully My role sits before execution. I help teams choose a defensible ICP and wedge, design go-to-market strategy at the decision level (buyers, pricing, channels, narrative), and translate technical value into a story that works with customers, partners, and investors. When needed, I also make sure the focus holds — because choosing a direction is the easy part. Making it survive execution pressure, new data, and stakeholder opinions is the real My background is uncommon for this work: deep tech engineering training (quality systems, root cause analysis, process architecture), firsthand experience building global tech companies across industries, and deep product marketing and go-to-market expertise. That combination is what lets me see both the structural problem underneath the symptoms and the market-facing solution at the same time. It's especially valuable when working with technically complex companies, like AI infrastructure and deep tech, where the product is powerful but the narrative is too complex to I've done this across B2B and B2B2C companies: AI infrastructure, deep tech, developer platforms, marketplaces, and hardware-software products. The pattern is always the same: progress without focus doesn't If you're navigating growth, revenue, or go-to-market confusion after early traction, this is the layer I operate I host 'Why Growth Stops': a monthly strategic briefing on the decisions that scale complex tech, live on LinkedIn and YouTube.

Product Market Pro
Product Market Pro is a strategic decision practice for tech companies with early traction but unclear product-market fit — from funded startups to corporate spin-outs entering new markets. I work with decision-owning leadership teams when growth, go-to-market, or fundraising isn't compounding — not because execution is weak, but because focus and positioning decisions aren't strong enough to hold under pressure. My work sits before execution. I help teams interpret weak, noisy, or contradictory traction signals, choose and commit to a defensible ICP and wedge, align product, go-to-market, pricing, and narrative around one path, and stay focused as real customer and investor feedback come…

Why Growth Stops (formerly The Immergence)
A monthly strategic briefing on product-market fit, go-to-market strategy, and the decisions that scale complex technology. The show exists because growth doesn't stop from a lack of effort. It stops when teams avoid committing to a focus strong enough to make everything else compound — sales, fundraising, roadmap, hiring. Each episode surfaces a specific decision pattern: the moment where growth stalled, what the team was avoiding, and what changed when they committed. Guests include seasoned operators, advisors and investors who've navigated the gap between traction and product-market fit. The brand has evolved across two phases: 2022–2025 — The Immergence Covered emerging technologie…

INNOVIT - Italian Innovation and Culture Hub
Facilitated the PMF Pressure Test, a 90-minute structured diagnostic workshop, for INNOVIT Startup Bootcamp Cohort 20 — 18 Italian companies entering the US market across five verticals: Infrastructures, Logistics, Mobility, Energy, and PropTech. Mixed-stage cohort of early-stage startups and post-traction SMEs with established European revenue. The workshop pressure-tests founders' US-market assumptions through individual diagnostic worksheets and live hot-seat sessions, surfacing the four patterns that block compounding growth in cross-border expansion: buyer specificity gaps, the wider US approval chain, aspirational versus committed focus, and the geographic non-transfer of product-mark…

INNOVIT - Italian Innovation and Culture Hub
Designed and led the Product-Market Fit Pressure Test workshop for INNOVIT Startup Bootcamp Cohort 17 — a US-market accelerator program for Italian deep tech and B2B startups. Worked with 15 founders two days before Demo Day to pressure-test buyer clarity, ICP specificity, and 90-day focus decisions. Facilitated structured hot seat sessions where founders defended their positioning against real-time diagnostic questioning. Key patterns surfaced across the cohort: broad ICP definitions substituting market categories for actual buyers, inability to quantify the cost of the problem (vs. the value of the solution), and blank 90-day decision fields — indicating the narrowing decision hadn't be…
