It is therefore no real surprise that I now find myself on a career trajectory that rewards those very passions. My first role out of university, at Boston Consulting Group as an Associate Consultant, provided me with invaluable opportunities to develop my professional skillset as a management consultant at an extremely rapid pace. Client’s required innovative solutions to their unique problems, and my responsibility was to develop those solutions in a robust and implementable manner, by leveraging advanced data analytics abilities and emotionally-intelligent people skills. Developing such skills further is the reason I am now a Senior Analyst in Quantium, a leading data science and big data analytics firm with a world-wide client base. I have spent the last 3 years upskilling in the exciting field of data science and deploying those skills to solve complex client problems. Most rewarding though has been leading analytics projects that supported the fight against Covid-19 for a number of countries across Africa, including my own. I am soon going to embark on another rewarding and life-changing experience, an MBA at the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania. An experience in which I will learn from the most accomplished professors in the world, from the brightest minds of my classmates, and from the best of resources at Wharton. All of these experiences will contribute to my development as a leader of innovative impact and positive change.
