Co-founded the AWS She Builds Mentorship Program with Tara O'kane, a free 12-week program that connects female Mentees with AWS Mentors who support the Mentees with their professional development. Launched the first program in 2021 across APJ with 7000+ applications. Scaled the program in 2022 to intake Mentees and Mentors from APJ/AMER and now, currently operate across APJ, AMER and EMEA region with plans to scale globally in 2024.
