An SDR who misses quota isn’t a number on a dashboard. They’re someone who has to figure out how to make a car payment.

An AE with a weak pipeline isn’t “underperforming” — they’re worried about providing for their family in a way their LinkedIn profile will never say out loud. I think about that every time I build a GTM system. It’s the actual reason I care about AI — not because it’s the term on every job description right now, but because AI is the fastest way I’ve found to give reps what they actually need: the right account, the right message, the right moment, so effort turns into a number they can take home. I’ve spent 15+ years building go-to-market engines — at Intel, Sysdig, CyCognito, and Keysight, and now advising startup C-suites as Principal Consultant at Amhani — and the throughline isn’t campaigns or content calendars. It’s this: • I built the ABM playbook that generated $70M+ in marketing-influenced pipeline at Intel in year one, because that pipeline was the difference between reps hitting number and reps not • I led Intel’s Data Center campaign strategy (CMO award, Xeon Scalable launch) because a launch that lands is a launch sales can actually sell • At Sysdig and CyCognito, I turned dense security products into stories buyers understood fast — because a rep who can’t explain the product in 30 seconds loses the deal, and loses the commission Right now, at Amhani, that means building the unglamorous AI infrastructure nobody puts on a highlight reel: AE-facing account intelligence dashboards that tell a rep exactly who to call this week, AI-coded websites, and executive and QBR content built with Claude and Gemini in days instead of weeks — so the humans on the team spend their time selling, not guessing. I’m a BSEE engineer (University of Illinois Chicago) turned marketer (Kellogg MBA, Stanford GSB), which is why I can sit in a silicon roadmap review and a board budget defense in the same week — and why I think in systems, not slogans. ABM Certified Strategist, Advanced ABM and ABX certified. If you’re building a marketing org at a semiconductor, AI infrastructure, data center, or cybersecurity company, and you want someone who treats your reps’ quota like it’s personal — because it is — let’s talk. Open to Head of Marketing / VP Marketing roles, full-time or fractional.
