My background spans two worlds that don't often overlap: a decade in senior hospitality operations (opening teams, national F&B programs, multi-site P&L ownership) and years in revenue operations and GTM strategy at B2B SaaS companies like Lattice, Cisco, and Pocus. The through-line is the same in both: translating executive vision into execution systems that actually hold up at scale. Today I run Lian Abroad LLC, a fractional operations practice working with founder-led and growth-stage businesses on operational infrastructure, client delivery systems, and GTM strategy. Current clients include a full-service agency and a multi-brand e-commerce portfolio. I'm also a Fora-affiliated travel advisor specializing in long-stay and boutique hotel experiences, and the founder of Lian Abroad, a Substack publication exploring travel, hospitality, and what it means to build a life around intentional movement.
