My work has spanned participant onboarding platforms, digital wealth experiences, B2B SaaS portals, and accessibility initiatives, always at the intersection of complex business requirements and real user needs. What I enjoy most is the early stages of a problem, when you are still figuring out what you are actually solving. I have launched 0 to 1 products, rebuilt platforms mid-flight, and most recently been building AI agentic workflows in my own time using Claude and other LLM tools, because I find it genuinely interesting to watch a well-designed automation eliminate friction for real people. I bring a mix of product strategy, roadmap planning, user story writing, backlog management, and cross-functional delivery experience across Agile environments. I work closely with engineering, design, legal, risk, and operations teams and am comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders and translating technical complexity into clear business outcomes. I am based in Calgary and open to remote and hybrid product roles across Canada.
