I currently lead Strategy & Insights for a large diversified business, partnering with CXO leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable programs and measurable business outcomes. My work spans enterprise strategy formulation, growth and portfolio choices, adjacent category expansion, M&A screening and evaluation, GTM operating model alignment, and cross-functional transformation initiatives. I have led enterprise planning cycles, built investment and opportunity evaluation frameworks, and served as deal PMO lead for a strategic manufacturing joint venture covering diligence, governance, and integration readiness. Alongside corporate strategy, I have driven GTM and commercial excellence programs focused on execution discipline, sales enablement, adoption of digital GTM platforms, and field productivity improvement. I have also led CEO office initiatives and enterprise transformation PMOs involving large cross-functional stakeholder groups.
