I help healthcare and insurance organizations build safe, practical, and scalable AI solutions that solve real business problems and improve decision-making. My work focuses on GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, NLP, LLMs, and intelligent automation. I lead projects, POCs, and MVPs end to end, helping teams move from idea to production with the right balance of speed, value, privacy, and enterprise rigor. I work closely with business, delivery, and technology teams to shape solutions that are useful, secure, and aligned to real outcomes. Over the years, I have built deep experience across AI-led transformation, cloud modernization, enterprise architecture, application development, and large-scale delivery. I have led teams of 30+ engineers, supported pre-sales and go-to-market efforts, and helped clients modernize operations across healthcare, insurance, and financial services. My background also includes enterprise architecture, interoperability, data platforms, and production-grade solution design. Beyond my enterprise work, I am passionate about making AI simple and accessible. I am the author of the AI Adventures for Young Minds book series, including Introduction to Artificial Intelligence for Kids Aged 7–14, Brainy Bots, Building AI: A Block-by-Block Adventure, and Fantastic Futures: The Adventures of AI and Our World. I also wrote the technical guide RAG Models Decoded. Through org and com, I work to make AI education practical and accessible for the next generation. I am also active in mentoring and judging across innovation and STEM communities. I have mentored at MIT Hacking Medicine HackMed and the Yale Healthcare Hackathon, and served as a judge for the CT State Science Fair, FIRST Robotics Hartford District Event, The Lt. Governor’s Computing Challenge, and other STEM programs. I bring together enterprise discipline, domain depth, and a passion for inclusive innovation to help organizations turn AI into real business value.
