I build systems that make revenue teams work better, and I got here by accident.Six years ago I started in data entry at Bandwango. Today, I design the CRM architecture the company runs on. In between: systems administration, product management, business systems, GTM engineering. Five titles, one actual job — find what's broken, understand why, then build the thing that fixes it.One example: I spent months independently redesigning a new CRM data model to fix longstanding sales-data integrity problems. When leadership later brought in a RevOps consulting firm to speed things up. Their proposed architecture matched what I'd already designed, alone.A few others, more briefly:‣ Audited 3,000+ CRM records and rebuilt the ones people actually use.‣ Took a 7-8 tool software stack down to 4, unifying Sales and CS onto one CRM.‣ Built our support infrastructure in Intercom from a blank slate — triage, AI-assisted responses, escalation logic, knowledge base.‣ Designed an AI system that figures out what content a new feature release needs, writes it, checks whether it already exists, and pushes it to the right channels.My degree is in Geographic Information Science, not business — scripting for spatial data, not sales ops. Turns out the instinct is the same one: don't trust the map until you've checked it against the ground.Open to talking with people solving similar problems, or hiring for them.
