In complex organizations, that usually means stepping into the gray areas—where ownership is unclear, processes break down, and teams are working hard but not always moving in sync—and building the structure that brings clarity and momentum. I currently lead AI go-to-market programs at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where I focus on aligning marketing, sales, and technical teams to execute more effectively. My work includes building workflows, improving operating cadence, and introducing frameworks that help teams move faster with less friction. I’ve led initiatives that reached new audiences, improved engagement, and created measurable pipeline—but what I enjoy most is designing how the work happens behind the scenes so those outcomes are repeatable. I’m particularly interested in the role AI can play in simplifying execution and enhancing decision-making. Not as a shortcut—but as a way to make good systems even better. At the core, I do one thing well: I turn complexity into clarity, and clarity into execution.
