I'm a 3x-certified Salesforce professional, but the work is architectural, not administrative: I design how revenue systems fit together — CPQ, billing, metering, integrations — and build the automation and AI agents that make them run at scale. Recently that's meant architecting a suite of production AI agents for contract processing, credit approvals, and cross-system reconciliation; leading the finance-systems side of a new billing/ERP implementation; and partnering with Engineering to re-architect our metering infrastructure. Underneath it sits real technical depth — refactoring Apex to reclaim ~14% of org capacity, standing up CI/CD and version control inside Salesforce, and building the OAuth and API integrations that keep data flowing in near real time. My foundation spans the full revenue-systems stack: Salesforce (Apex, Flows, Lightning, Visualforce), CPQ, billing/ERP, metering, and API/OAuth integration architecture — increasingly extended with agentic AI — all grounded in the RevOps fundamentals of pipeline, forecasting, and process design. I've led global Salesforce initiatives, built and mentored an operations team, and partnered across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to turn manual, fragile processes into architecture that scales. I'm at my best where revenue meets systems design: taking something messy and manual and re-architecting it into something automated, reliable, and built to last.
