Sales is changing, but most people are still talking about it like it hasn’t. I’ve spent my career in business development, building pipeline, opening conversations, and turning complex ideas into commercial opportunities.

What holds my attention now is the shift happening underneath all of that. AI, digital infrastructure, and changing buyer behaviour are not just giving sales teams new tools. They’re changing what good sales actually looks like. Relevance is getting harder to fake. Noise is getting easier to produce. And the gap between the two is becoming impossible to ignore. That’s the space I’m interested in. Where human judgment still wins. Where technology sharpens execution, not just activity. And where the future of sales will be shaped by the people who can see beyond the script. My background spans SaaS, cloud, data centre, and AI-related environments, but the common thread has always been the same: making complexity commercially useful. I use this space to share thoughts on sales, AI, strategy, and the shifts that are quietly rewriting how growth happens. Why I think this works: It opens with tension.
