The value is in designing both to work together. That's the problem I've spent my career learning to solve. My background is deliberately constructed. At Covet House, I built a digital marketing and lead generation engine from scratch. At PP, I designed and deployed a SQL knowledge management system in under three months, self-taught. At Vodafone, I stepped into B2C and B2B sales and ranked consistently Top 3, learning what high-quality pipeline and commercial discipline look like from the inside. At CONKORD Group, I brought those pieces together. I built the company's first GTM motion, its first marketing automation and outbound infrastructure, and a ~100-page GTM strategy framework governing the full commercial motion. None of it existed before I arrived. The thread across all of it: I step into ambiguous environments, identify what's broken, and build the system that makes it work. Today I operate at the intersection of GTM strategy, RevOps architecture, and AI-driven workflow automation. I design the frameworks and build the systems that connect CRM, data, and frontline teams into scalable revenue engines. I post daily on GTM and RevOps.
